(Hanoi, Vietnam, 2 December, 2016) Sugarmade, Inc. announces the purchase of international paper contracts from Bao Coc International Paper and Plastics Limited, located in Vietnam. Weyerhaeuser completes sale of cellulose fibers pulp mills to International Paper; company exits cellulose fibers segment
(Seattle, USA, Dec. 1, 2016) Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) today announced the completion of the sale of its Cellulose Fibers pulp mills to International Paper for $2.2 billion in cash. Weyerhaeuser expects to use a substantial portion of the $1.6 billion after-tax proceeds for repayment of debt.

International Paper finalizes $2.2 billion purchase of Weyerhaeuser’s pulp business; deal strengthens IP’s position in global fluff pulp market
(Memphis, USA, Dec. 1, 2016) International Paper today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Weyerhaeuser’s pulp business for approximately $2.2 billion in cash, subject to post-closing adjustments. Packaging Corp. of America Completes Acquisition of Columbus Container
(USA, Dec. 1, 2016) Packaging Corp. of America today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Columbus Container, Inc., an independent corrugated products producer in a cash-free, debt-free transaction. Funding for the $100 million acquisition came from available cash on hand.

Pulp firm Södra helps to close ecosystem by returning nutrients to forest via bio-ash

Case Paper Completes Installation of New Sheeter
(New York, Nov. 30, 2016) Case Paper announced that it recently completed the installation of a new Maxson MDH dual knife rotary sheeter. The new sheeter increases capacity by 20 million pounds annually.
