Pregis acquired Easypack, a paper-based protective packaging company

Pritzker to acquire ProAmpac

Arauco reported 2Q net income of $57.5 million; an increase of 8.6%

(Santiago, Chile, Oct. 16, 2016) Arauco’s net income for the 2Q 2016 was $57.5 million, an increase of 8.6%, or $4.5 million compared to the $52.9 million obtained in the 1Q of this year. Revenues reached $1,207.3 million during the 2Q 2016 compared with the $1,146 million in the previous quarter, thanks to an improvement in its revenues from the pulp, wood products, and forestry businesses.
